I do provide online counseling. Online sessions take place via video through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice.
Online counseling is convenient and easy and allows you to attend sessions from anywhere in Oregon. -
The first session's goal is for me to get to know you and learn more about your goals. During this session, I will recommend a frequency and duration of therapy sessions that I feel would benefit you. Clients are encouraged to complete the necessary intake paperwork before the first session so that time can be spent addressing therapy needs.
